Stephen J. Ginsberg represents regional and national businesses and their owners in all types of commercial litigation, including dissolution actions, real estate disputes, RICO claims, fraud claims, employment litigation, contract claims, adversary proceedings, equipment leasing litigation and securitized debt and lending litigation. Mr. Ginsberg is an experienced litigator who has appeared before the New York State Supreme Court and Appellate Division, as well as the United States District Court, for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Ginsberg’s experience includes trials, appeals, motion practice and all aspects of settlement negotiations

Affiliations
Mr. Ginsberg serves on the Board of Trustees of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Long Island Chapter, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Multiple Sclerosis Research Center of New York. In addition, Mr. Ginsberg is a member of the Presidents’ Club at the University of Michigan and is an active alumnus of New York Law School. He is also a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
