Michael Re has been a partner with Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP since January 2000, concentrating primarily in commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Mr. Re practiced in Manhattan for a prestigious national law firm.
Mr. Re practices in both State and Federal Court, and handles complex commercial litigation for both corporate and individual clients. He has significant experience in equipment leasing litigation, contract litigation and shareholder disputes, trademark and unfair competition litigation, bankruptcy litigation, arbitrations, insurance coverage disputes and environmental litigation.
Mr. Re has written and lectured on various issues and was most recently published in Equipment Leasing Today.
